CST - Surgical Technologist (12-Hour Shifts) - Essentia Health Fargo

Job Description:
Seeking a surgical technologist to serve in the operating room at Essentia Health Fargo on 32nd Avenue. This surgical tech works 36 hours weekly and the schedule is 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. On call and weekend rotations are required. A $5,000 bonus is available. Functions under the supervision of an RN in providing technical interventions in the Operating Room to patients of all ages. They are also responsible for tasks relating to instrumentation, equipment, prosthesis, and supplies.

Education Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited Surgical Technologist program.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Certified as a Surgical Technologist is required one year after hire.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.
• Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) upon hire or within 1 month of hire.

Pay Range
$25.42 - $38.13 / hour

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
