You will answer incoming calls, gather and relay essential information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. This role is critical in supporting internal and external communication, including emergency response coordination, provider paging, and patient support through our Nurse Care Line.Key Responsibilities:Operate a high-volume, multi-line switchboard efficiently and professionallyPage and message providers and staff promptlySupport emergency communication as the first point of contact in critical situationsUpdate online provider on-call calendars as neededMaintain and coordinate hospitalist rotation schedules to ensure accurate patient assignmentsDeliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external callersQualifications:Minimum 1 year of customer service experienceBasic knowledge of Windows-based computer systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong phone etiquette and communication skillsAbility to work independently.Availability to work weekends and some holidays as requiredEducation Qualifications:

Work Experience:
2 years of customer service experience is required.
Working PC Knowledge (basic Windows Operating System)
