Seeking a Basic Care Aide to serve at Oak Crossing, Essentia Health's highly rated long-term care facility in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This BCA works on an as-needed basis, performing cares and services that do not require licensure. Every other weekend and a holiday rotation are required.Education Qualifications:

What You'll Do:
Responsible to assist the licensed professionals and direct care staff with personal cares per individualized care plans to maintain the personal comfort of the resident as assigned. Works to maintain a clean, safe and organized environment for the residents. Assists with basic personal cares, including assistance in with meal setup and water pass. Provides activity and exercise for the residents as assigned. Assists residents in dealing with psychosocial needs. Responsible for observing and reporting any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor. Completes all required documentation in a complete and timely manner. May assist with entrance screening and other duties as assigned.
