Responsible to provide a program of supportive services to help meet patient/family emotional needs regarding issues of loss and grief. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate an anticipatory grief and bereavement follow-up plan of care.Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required with course work in loss and grief.Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
- Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
