Job Summary: The Education Associate works closely with the health sciences and medical education team to coordinate compliant student clinical experiences across the healthcare system. This role serves as a key liaison between academic institutions, students, clinical departments, and preceptors to ensure a high-quality and compliant educational experience. The Education Associate supports placement coordination, scheduling, onboarding compliance, and ongoing communication related to student clinical education.Education Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage student clinical placement requests across departments and facilities.
• Create, maintain, and manage student clinical opportunities within Clinician Nexus or comparable systems.
• Coordinate and communicate student schedules in collaboration with clinical departments and preceptors.
• Support and verify compliant student onboarding requirements, including documentation and tracking system.
• Monitor, follow up, and track survey responses and feedback related to student experiences.
• Manage and respond to incoming communications in a shared email inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the medical education and health sciences teams.
Education Requirements:
• Associate’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience OR A minimum of four (4) years of experience in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient in Office 365 including Excel and SharePoint
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
