Performs a wide range of complex administrative and secretarial duties and coordinates various office procedures in support of the assigned executive(s). Performs a broad and varying scope of administrative support duties of a confidential nature. Uses independent discretion in completing and maintaining complex projects or programs requiring a high degree of initiative. Serves as recording secretary for committees as assigned.Education Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree plus 1 year of experience in complex office environment
OR
- 3 years experience in a complex office environment.
Required Work Experience:
- Proficient and comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases ( Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
Required Skillsets:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, with the ability to create complex documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
Expertise in managing executive calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and inbox prioritization
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and refining executive‑level communications
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with exceptional discretion and a high level of professionalism
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Strong problem‑solving abilities and the initiative to anticipate needs and independently move projects forward
