Executive Assistant II Operations & Administration

Job Description:

Performs a wide range of complex administrative and secretarial duties and coordinates various office procedures in support of the assigned executive(s). Performs a broad and varying scope of administrative support duties of a confidential nature. Uses independent discretion in completing and maintaining complex projects or programs requiring a high degree of initiative. Serves as recording secretary for committees as assigned.

Education Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree plus 1 year of experience in complex office environment

OR

  • 3 years experience in a complex office environment. 

Required Work Experience: 

  • Proficient and comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases ( Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).

Required Skillsets:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, with the ability to create complex documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role

  • Expertise in managing executive calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and inbox prioritization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and refining executive‑level communications

  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with exceptional discretion and a high level of professionalism

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and the initiative to anticipate needs and independently move projects forward
