Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and assist new members with signing up for a membership
- Orientate members in safe and proper use of weight and aerobic equipment, and take care of scheduled maintenance of such equipment
- Housekeeping as needed
- Train new fitness staff in the policies and procedures of Essentia Health
Schedule:
- Weekdays 12:00pm - 5:30pm
- Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm
- Sundays 12:00pm - 4:00pm
- Days vary based on staff availability. Schedule is sent out in a month block.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 6 months from date of hire
