As a team member, will provide personal care services to the residents and provide related tasks in accordance with a plan of care as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Responsible to care for the resident’s personal hygiene, promote a safe, healthy environment.Education Qualifications:
This position will work the following:
- 80 hours per 2 weeks
- No Weekends
- Day Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- 1 year Home Health Aide and/or Nursing Assistant Registered experience required unless recently certified.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
- Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
- Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program or current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification or the ability to obtain in one month from hire date
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
- Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
