Seeking a Clinic Care Technician to serve in Essentia Health's ENT practice at our South University Clinic in Fargo, North Dakota. This CNA or PCT works 40 hours weekly, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. No weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations are required. This position requires great customer service skills and the ability to follow directions and perform tasks within the scope of the role.Education Qualifications:

What You'll Do:
The Clinic Care Technician is primarily responsible for providing assistance with daily patient flow in the clinic setting. These duties may include greeting and rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting in patient chart, stocking, and cleaning exam room, ordering and maintaining clinic supplies, assisting with clerical duties, and all other duties as assigned. This position may float to support other areas as assigned. Key responsibilities include:
· Supports and assists providers and clinical staff with administrative and select patient care tasks
· Supports patient scheduling and work queue needs as assigned
· Follows up on no-shows and works with providers to review and approve add-ons
· Greets patients, supports virtual visits, completes identification verification, height, weight and obtains vitals
· Chaperones exams as needed
· Administers questionnaires and documents in electronic medical record
· May perform limited patient care tasks based on training
· Processes incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes as needed, prints and updates forms, answers internal phone calls, and may place office supply orders

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Experience with healthcare, electronic medical records, and medical terminology is preferred.
- Registration as a CNA or NA with the state of North Dakota is preferred.
