Job Description:
Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills, works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. They may care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise.Education Qualifications:

- The opportunity to work with a collaborative, supportive team which offers 1:1 mentoring
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for their scope of practice and will be joining an enthusiastic, engaged team of providers dedicated to our community.
- Position will have a home location of either Ashland, Hayward, Superior, or Spooner and will support our NW WI clinic sites during a specified period of time
- Assigned “home clinic” will be the one closest to your personal residence.
- Travel to those sites will be included in the candidates workday and reimbursement will be per the Essentia Health travel policy
Anticipated Schedule:
1.0 FTE; 4 days/week and 10 hours/day
100% Clinic Work-in person/TCON/Virtual
Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
NP:
Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state.
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in appropriate state.
Current certification in CPR.
National certification in applicable area.
Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
PA:
Current licensure as a physician assistant in appropriate state.
Current certification in CPR.
National certification.
Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
