Provides guidance and acts as a technical escalation point for Analysts across multiple areas and projects. Leads by example and possesses solid analytical capabilities. Is highly responsive to customers and shows an aptitude for the development and documentation of customer requirements. Is effective at training and guiding staff to maintain consistency without possessing direct supervisory authority. Collaborates with the rest of the section’s leadership to provide a focus on positioning staff, prioritizing work, and ensuring customer delivery.Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field with five years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field.
OR
12 or more years of experience in Nursing, Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
- Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing
- Certificate in nursing informatics, national certification in nursing informatics, or certification in related Epic applications preferred; must be willing to pursue additional education or certification
