Job Description
Education Qualifications:
Prepares and cooks quality food for patients, staff, and visitors’ nutritional needs. Determining amounts of foods needed, grocery list preparations, filling supply needs, organizing preparation needs on a daily and weekly basis, cost and work efficiency, and adherence to Department of Health and Department policies. Calculates daily production needs accurately and order appropriately, meeting the needs of patient meal service, cafeteria meals, catering events, and other meals. Follows standardized recipes and assists in their development. Assists in dining room set up, tear down and operations. Willing to train the right candidate. Some hospitality/restaurant experience is preferred.
