PHYSICIAN - Elder Care - Bismarck, ND

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Due to exciting growth, Essentia Health in Bismarck, ND is looking to recruit a physician to join our Elder Care team.
• Opportunity to expand and develop the geriatric program
• Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits
• Practice includes 2 NPs
• Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks’ vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package
• Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation

REQUIREMENTS OPTIONS

• BC/BE Geriatrician or
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience
• BC/BE Family Practice with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience

COMPENSATION

• $280,000  Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
