General Surgery

PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Seeking a General Surgeon to join 3 well-established General Surgeons and 1 Advanced Practice Clinicians in a physician-led, integrated health system group practice.
- Da Vinci Robot program
- Professional high-quality collegial group
- Specialty care facility including cardiology, pulmonology, GI, rheumatology, endocrinology, and oncology
- Trauma Level III hospital
- 24/7 in-house Hospitalist Program for support of patient care
- Practice includes bread and butter, along with endoscopy-related care (approximately 25%)
- Call will be 1:4
- Stabel supportive nursing staff
- Potential Ownership in Ambulatory Surgery Center
- 4-day work week, 36 patient contact hours
- EPIC medical record
- Flexible FTE would consider .7FTE-1.0 FTE
REQUIREMENTS
· BC/BE in General Surgery
· Endoscopy
· ATLS
· Robotic experience desired

- Brainerd Lakes area offers a lifestyle of fishing, boating, camping, canoeing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking,
golfing, hunting, snowmobiling, ATV, and home to the Brainerd International Raceway.
- 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000
COMPENSATION
$538,230. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
