Polysomnographic Technologist - Nights

Education Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited respiratory care/respiratory therapy program OR current RPSGT.

Polysomnographic Technologists are responsible for the performance of all aspects of sleep disorder testing performed on pediatrics through adults

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing Polysomnograms

  • Performing patient education during and after patient admission

  • Participating in case review and treatment plans with physicians

Schedule:

Two 12-hour shifts/week (1800 - 0630)

  • Also need to be open to travel for rotation to outreach labs

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician with current State of Minnesota RCP state licensure or RPSGT licensure
  • Board Registered Polysomnography Technologist within eighteen (18) months of hire
  • Basic Cardiac Life (BCLS) Certification within 30 days of hire
