Seeking a Resident Assistant to serve at Prairie Pines Community, Essentia Health's assisted living facility in Fosston, Minnesota. This RA is scheduled 40 hours weekly on night shift, working 6:00 pm to 6:30 am. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required. You will work completely independently, without other staff. During the shift, cleaning of the facility is required, along with resident laundry. Proficiency with computers and other electronics is required in this role.Education Qualifications:

What You'll Do:
Assists with selected routine and non technical aspects of nursing care during an assigned shift, under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Will assist with care of the older adult and geriatric population.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Certification as Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant is preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in an assisted living setting is preferred.
- CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire.
