- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
What You'll Do in This Role:
- Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide nursing services in primary and specialty outpatient facilities, non-acute community settings, and through telehealth encounters, ensuring accessible care for all patients.
- Exercise Professional Autonomy: Take responsibility for your nursing practice by making informed decisions and promoting health, recognizing that quality care is a universal right.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team to assess concerns, identify issues, and integrate both subjective and objective data.
- Implement and Evaluate Care Plans: Develop tailored care plans, apply appropriate interventions, and continuously evaluate patient outcomes to enhance overall care quality.
Provide Urgent Care Nursing: Assess and manage a wide range of urgent health issues, perform triage, administer treatments, and educate patients on follow-up care and preventive measure
This position will work the following:
- 48 hours per pay period
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- 8 and 10 Hour Shifts
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
