Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve in a temporary position at Grace Home, Essentia Health's long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This temporary RN commits to a 12-week contract, with the possibility of an extension. Occasionally, a contract may end early. Rate of pay is $60 hourly and will earn overtime after 40 hours in a week. This nurse can expect to work a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, primarily in the day and evening. Flexibility is a must in this role. This position is not benefit eligible with the exception of our 401(k) program.Education Qualifications:
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

What You'll Do:
Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. Additional details are as follows:
- FTE: .9
- Rate: $60
- Length of Time: 12 weeks with the possibility of an extension
- Eligibility: Cannot be a current Essentia Health employee or have been an Essentia Health employee over the last 12 months (including those that remained in a PRN status).
- Overtime after 40 hours of work in a week
- Position is not benefit eligible
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota prior to start.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification prior to start.
