Education To Employment

The purpose of Essentia Health’s Education to Employment Opportunity is to provide an incentive award to a current employee or a prospective employee to complete their education in a field of high need to Essentia Health. Following completion of the accredited academic program the recipient of the education to employment opportunity is required to work as an employee of Essentia Health for the period outlined in their corresponding agreement.

Essentia Health works closely with several colleges and universities to deliver opportunities to students in a variety of healthcare-related roles. The opportunities are typically in the form of tuition and textbook reimbursement with basic academic minimums being met. The basic apply process includes submission of a cover letter and resume, answering short-essay questions and then a formal interview process. If selected, minimum employment periods are required, with prorated repayment if employment terminated.
