The Essentia Health Fellowship is a one-year experience to promote the development of masters-prepared individuals dedicated to a career in health care.
Gain experience through direct exposure and participation in administrative activities in preparation for leadership opportunities within Essentia Health.

ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graduate program in Healthcare Management or Master’s Business Administration by start of the Administrative Fellowship (July 2024).

- Fellowship preceptors are all Senior Vice President (SVP) status or higher
- Gain exposure to and participate in executive-level meetings
