Job Description:
Assist director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing therapeutic recreation activity programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, to assure that the spiritual development, emotional, physical, recreational, and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. Work Experience: Nursing home experience preferred

Education Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of full time experience as an Activity Aide/Therapeutic Recreation Aide in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred


Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.

Current Basic Cardiac Life support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months of date of hire. 

Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification preferred.

$15.45 - $22.43 / hour

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
