Job Description:
The Access Analyst role will act as a business consultant to operations leaders, providing guidance and offering recommendations based on data. This individual will support Primary Care system wide by analyzing data related to access challenges and initiatives and identifying key trends. Daily tasks and functions include data extraction, data modeling, and utilizing EPIC, Tableau, Clarity, and other tools to optimize access to healthcare services. This role will require ability to problem solve collaboratively with the operations team and meet the needs of our consumers by presenting guidance supported by data findings. We are seeking an Access Analyst II. This role is fully remote, however, preference will be given to candidates in our service areas.
Education Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a preference in business administration, information systems, or health related field.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in business analysis (required for Access Analyst II)
- Background in healthcare, healthcare operations, or clinical analysis
- Experience with Tableau, Clarity, and EPIC
- Knowledge of basic access principals
- Knowledge of supply and demand and resource allocation
- Experience using data to make informed decisions and recommendations

$62982 - $94474 / year
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
