Senior Project Manager - Facilities

Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for facilities project management and overall delivery of capital construction projects to all Essentia Health operations across multiple sites. Partner and coordinate with leadership in the planning, development and execution of facilities initiatives. You will provide support and ensure the organizations business strategy of efficiently delivering operational programs and services. Oversee and participates in all facilities project service aspects including the establishment and continual monitoring of scope, budget and schedule, procurement of outside vender services, delegation of responsibilities, monitoring of project process and the timely completion of project closeout. You will also work jointly with other facilities operational areas on implementation of the organization’s capital initiatives. Assist with defining facilities project strategies that are consistent with Essentia Health’s strategies, police and procedures, mission, values and goals. Implement facilities project process expertise and excellence into all project management practices.

Education Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field, OR demonstrable substantial experience in facility design, construction and project management.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Work Experience:
8 years’ experience in facilities development project management with demonstrable growth in assignment responsibility and leadership.   Healthcare facility experience a plus.

Demonstrable experience coordinating and partnering with organizational leadership in planning, developing and completing a wide variety of facility initiatives.
Demonstrable experience in project and facilities process improvement and/or Lean Six Sigma.

Pay Range
$83803 - $125715 / year

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
