PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Rehabilitation Services - Fargo, ND (inpatient)

Job Description:
Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Essentia Health is looking for a 1.0 FTE/full-time Physical Therapist to join our acute care team at our Essentia Health-Fargo hospital.

The PT in this position, will

• Will primarily treat adult patients with a large range of diagnosis, from general medical/surgical units, ICU, cardiac/intermediate care, clinical evaluation unit, PACU, and the Emergency Department. Essentia is a comprehensive stroke center.
• Join a team of OT, PT, SLP, Rehab Aide, Hospitalists, and referring physicians/APPs from Ortho/Neuro primarily.
• Work Monday - Friday and a weekend rotation of one weekend every 6-7 and one holiday a year on a rotation.
• Have excellent critical thinking skills and be efficient with time and documentation.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paces environment, has good critical thinking skills and is a hard working, team player.

Pay Range
$34.21 - $51.32 / hour

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
