Internship Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree students: must have completed Junior year of nursing program prior to Summer 2024
- Associate degree students: must have completed two semesters of nursing clinical prior to Summer 2024
- Enrolled in a nursing co-operative internship course for the Summer 2024 semester
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month of hire
- Commitment to 32-40 hours/week (up to 400 hours for entire summer). Shifts: day, night, and weekends
- Students with full/part-time summer class loads will have adjusted hour requirements and must be able to commit to 32 hours every two weeks
